The 107 work plan of establishing Northern Taiwan Environmental Education Regional Center

The Northern Environmental Education Regional Center (NEERC) continuously promotes the development of environmental education of Northern Taiwan in the current (107) year based on the work results from 2014 to 2017. The Center promotes the 5 major environmental education theme learning communities (resilient cities, enterprise sustainability, marine Taiwan, water conservation, and green universities) based on local characteristics. The Center focuses on resource integration in various organizations and on increasing in learning ability of participants to establish a model for the sharing and use of environmental education resources in Northern Taiwan. This year, the Center continued to promote the implementation of the project by promoting the five major strategic action plans of the five environmental education theme learning communities and the core integration of the five areas of the EE Capacity. Each learning community sets its vision and goals, implements the five strategic plans in related promotion work to achieve cooperative linkage, learning, sharing and change; while the core integration promotion work is led by the center, through the establishment of professional leadership, the introduction of International environmental education new knowledge, partner linkage and promotion marketing, environmental education ability-increasing learning, business linkage and cooperation, and proceed with the regional center assessment, as well as operating website platform and Facebook social media, continue to enhance and operate the environmental education capacity of industry, official institutions, academia and civil within the region, and we are committed to building a diversified, inclusive, respectful and fair environmental education resource sharing platform to take the vision of improving the environmental literacy of the whole people.
